1. Terms of Use

The following statement (“Statement”) refers to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy applying to the BBioNets website. The Privacy Policy concerning the overall project activities is available here.

BBioNets (also “project”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme under Grant Agreement No 101133904.

The website is managed by FOCUS Strategic Thinking Consultants (“FOCUS STC”), the partner of the BBioNets consortium in direct contact with ADVISION, the company hosting the website.

The content of this website is produced by the BBioNets consortium and aims to disseminate project results and provide all interested parties with access to information relevant to its activities.

All material on the website, including images, data, information, logos and videos, is owned by either specific partners of the BBioNets consortium or the whole consortium as agreed among the parties and is subject to copyright. The material reflects only the authors’ view and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the European Research Executive Agency (REA). Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.

By visiting and using this website you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and therefore agreed to be bound by this Statement and its laws and regulations. In case you fail to agree with this Statement or the compliance obligations, you are asked not to use the BBioNets website.

This Statement may be amended and/or updated by BBioNets at any time and therefore we recommend that you periodically check whether it has been revised.

This Statement, any amendment thereof and the use of the website are subject to Greek law. Any claim arising out of the use of the website shall be brought only before the Courts of Athens, Greece.

You can at any time ask us to cease communications with you via email or, in the case of newsletters, by following the unsubscribe instructions available at the bottom of each email.

Certain statistical data will also be automatically collected through the cookie placed on the website for the purpose of monitoring and analysing the use of our website.

BBioNets will keep your personal information for only as long as we need to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we will remove it from our systems.

2.6 BBioNets Services Provided through the Website

The BBioNets website will also act as the entry point to the BBioNets Knowledge Platform, another project service operated by the Polish consortium partner Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation (IUNG). This service will have its own dedicated Privacy Policy, which you are asked to read before using it. FOCUS STC is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of this service.

2.7 Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party sites, including the sites of the BBioNets consortium partners. These links are provided for your convenience and information only. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites and expressly disclaim any liability for any loss or damage that may be caused by the use of these links.
