BBioNets at ShapingBio Workshop on Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Strategies

On 29th October 2024, BBioNets actively participated in the ShapingBio workshop, titled “Powering Stakeholder Engagement and Communication for Bioeconomy”. This event gathered 15 experts from 13 EU-funded bioeconomy projects to explore innovative strategies for effective communication and stakeholder engagement within the sector.

On behalf of the BBioNets communication team, FOCUS STC’s Iakovos Delioglanis shared valuable insights on fostering collaboration and trust to advance the bioeconomy. Key topics included co-creation workshops, interactive surveys, semi-structured interviews, and the use of digital platforms to strengthen stakeholder relationships. The importance of tailored outreach strategies and trust-building emerged as critical themes, highlighting their role in ensuring meaningful stakeholder involvement and long-term success.
