The BBioNets platform, a strategic tool designed to enhance bioeconomy valorisation, took centre stage at CREA’s exhibition during the FAO Science and Innovation Forum (SIF) 2025, held from 13 to 17 October at FAO Headquarters in Rome.

On 16 October, from 11:00 to 13:00, CREA participated in the exhibition “AgriTech Solutions & Innovations in Action”, presenting two interactive showcases that highlight their commitment to sustainable and applied research.

Among the key attractions was the exhibit “An Immersive Experience – CREA’s Research for Sustainable Aquaculture and an Art-Science Activity Linking Soil Smell to Emotions”, where BBioNets was introduced as a strategic platform connecting stakeholders, technologies, and territorial assets in the bioeconomy sector.

CREA’s participation in SIF 2025 underscores the organisation’s role in advancing circular models, territorial innovation, and science-based solutions for resilient food systems—placing BBioNets at the core of their strategy for inclusive and sustainable bioeconomy development.
